Our buddy Noisses, fresh from tearing up a boat (not literally) at our Donuts party, is about to drop his new EP entitled ‘Crank Dat’ on May 3rd. The title track is a banger that sounds a bit like some angry robots having an orgy in a giant duck pond in space in the future, in a very very good way indeed. On the B-side we have ‘Mr Buzzby’ which sounds like the same angry robots just after waking up hungover the day after the duck pond orgy only to find that someone has eaten all their space cereal - again in a very good way. In fact, the whole thing is a bit like our Donuts party. Lastly we have the Second Son favourite ‘T-Vexed’ which has less to do with robots but which samples the mighty bellow of the Tyrannosaurus Rex from Jurassic Park. I wish I was a music journalist.
